Current Peterson household obsession: Peaches!
I swear, there’s something addictive in their sweet, but slightly sour taste, because my mouth is watering just thinking about them! Justin likes to eat a peach every day with lunch, but I, being the little-miss-sweet-tooth that I am, like them for DESSERT!
Recipe:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Slice 1-2 fresh peaches and place in a single layer in an an oven-safe baking dish. I use something like this for a single serving, this for multiple servings.
Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon to your liking.
Bake for ten minutes, then serve.
Optional: Top with a handful of chocolate chips (They will melt and create even more gooey deliciousness) or chopped pecans for a little crunch.
