Introducing: Rudy!
Rudy (aka. Rudy Toot, Toots, Tootie Baby, etc.) is my yorkie/shihtzu fur baby. He just turned 9 on October 27th, and in true dog Mom fashion, I threw him a party. However, I use the term “party” loosely because he really doesn’t like many people, and definitely zero other dogs, so we celebrated at home, just the 3 of us. We made him doggy cupcakes and bought him a new frisbee (set of 3) that he chewed up played with for hours.
